  DO NOT CALL THROUGH THE PHONE!! Quite possibly the worst over the phone service ever. The first time i called they HUNG UP ON ME. The second time i called the receptionist was rude and short. Thereafter she transferred me, without telling me what was going on, but i received the message tone (not her fault). However, still no hospitality whatsoever. Today was the first time i've ever tried contacting them but i would never consider going based off of the terrible service.

  You NEVER get through on the telephone. I called at 8am waited 30 minutes on hold, was told first that I was in Position 1, then I moved to Position 2, then when I asked to speak to the office manager was told she was on the phone and I would have to hold AGAIN. No appointments available today tho and my child who has remained sick a week following their 'protocol' can't be seen for three days. Unacceptable & frustrating

  Do not recommend this dr office!! Had billing get a hold of me a day before the appointment to tell me that they couldn't take my insurance. After calling speaking to an office manager 2 minutes before closing she stated other wise and couldn't tell me who made that call from the office! Not only that we've been waiting on a simple pre authorization from the nurses office going on 3 weeks now! Seriously don't waste your time look else where! The nurses are rude and illiterate!
